13 restaurants participate in the 5th edition of the Menorcan Red Veal Gastronomic Days

This weekend -from the 13th to the 15th- and the following one -from the 20th to the 22nd of October- the 5th edition of the Menorcan Red Veal Gastronomic Days will take place, which will present the products through 13 restaurants in 7 municipalities. of the native bovine breed.

The Association of Cafeterias, Bars and Restaurants of SME Menorca and the Association of Cattle Breeders of Menorca join forces for another year to organize this gastronomic event, in which 13 establishments participate. Specifically, the following restaurants have joined this year:

Ciutadella: Jaime II, Pins 46,
Ferreries: Mesón Rias Baixas
Es Mercadal: Jeni Hotel and Molí Restaurant in Es Racó, Mesón Can Jaume, Es Tomàtic
Fornells: Sa Fonda
It’s Migjorn Gran: Lady Hamilton
Maó: El Grill, Ándale Tacos and Drinks, 23 Can Avelino
Sant Lluís: Sa Pedrera des Pujol

To reserve, you must contact directly the restaurant chosen from among those participating in the initiative, and which will offer meat from the native breed with the Red Menorcan quality seal.

The celebration of this 5th edition during the month of October wants to be an attraction for visitors who still come to Menorca in autumn. But also to encourage the Menorcan population to taste the native beef and get to know the establishments on the island committed to local and quality products.

The organization of these days has the support of the Foment del Turisme de Menorca Foundation and the Consell Insular de Menorca.
