A day without local food in the Balearic Islands

The campaign “If I don’t produce, you don’t eat” (SYNPTNC) organizes, in collaboration with Cooperatives Agro-alimentáries Illes Balears, on December 18 at 11:30 a.m. a day titled “A day without local food in the Balearic Islands” .

The event will welcome the participation of Gabriel Trenzado, general director of Agro-food Cooperatives of Spain; and Ricardo Migueláñez, general director of Agrifood Comunicación.

Two round tables will follow. The first of them will have the participation of Joan Llabrés, general director of Agri-Food Quality and Local Product of the Government of the Balearic Islands; Santiago Tadeo, managing director of COINGA SCL; and Joan Mendez, manager of Som Pagesos de la Serra.

During the second round table, Fernando Fernández, general director of Agriculture of the Government of the Balearic Islands, will be present; Aldo Castellí, manager of the Camp Mallorquí cooperative; and Sonia Torres, manager of the Ecofeixes Cooperative.
