Baked lamb from Es Racó des Palau

Es Racó des Palau, in the center of Ciutadella, is a family restaurant that offers a good assortment of Menorcan dishes and also stands out for its grilled meats and rice dishes.

On our last visit we allowed ourselves to be recommended by n'Anny and tasted her baked lamb.

Very well served, sweet and tasty, in addition to the meat being at its optimal cooking point.
