2 dozen warty venus, breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley and olive oil.
We will open the warty venus in half, without losing the juice inside. On top of each half we will put a teaspoon of chopped garlic and parsley mixed with breadcrumbs, a splash of oil and bake for 3 or 4 minutes at 180 degrees. The oven should already be hot and we must be careful not to bake them for longer or at a higher temperature if we do not want them to be dry and hard.
