Bananas tripe roll

Bar Bananas is one of the main places to go for tapas in Menorca. Place of worship for lovers of the most authentic Menorcan cuisine, where their sandwiches of tripe, meat with sauce, meatballs with tomato, tongue with capers or cuttlefish in sauce, among others.

We have opted for one of the most traditional ones, the tripe with tomato, traditional roll and generous filling.

Since a few months ago, Bananas has been run by Pedro Mascaró, who previously ran Bar S'Oficina, but the brothers Bernat and Nensi Jover continue to work, to guarantee its essence in the bar and in the kitchen.
