Biel Ramon, best cocktail maker in Spain in knowledge

?Gastronòmicament/Mallorca - The Mallorcan Biel Ramon i Marí has ??been proclaimed the best cocktail maker in Spain in knowledge of 2024. The event was held in Lanzarote (Canary Islands) on December 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. During these five days, tests were carried out, such as in tasting, technique and knowledge. Specifically in the theoretical part, Biel Ramon has been the best of all the cocktail makers in the Spanish State. In fact, he has been able to participate in the championship, since in March he was chosen as the best bartender in the Balearic Islands.

Biel Ramon has a degree in History from the University of the Balearic Islands and has been at the helm of projects such as Jimmy’s Exclusive or Terrassa 360, and is the owner of Bar s’Avinguda in Alaró, for which he has created a vermouth and a gin. He also stands out for his cocktail creations with Antonio Nadal Destil·leries, a profession that he also combines with one of his hobbies, playing football with the team of his town, Alaró. In his career, he stands out for knowing how to combine local produce in the cocktail bar, to the point of harmoniously versioning the most international cocktails with local fruits and plants.
