Calçots season, also in Menorca

From November to April it is calçots season, but it is the months of February and March when most calçotadas are made on our island, which in the last decade has joined this Catalan gastronomic festival.

Calçots are also grown in Menorca to give demand to this gathering of friends by the fire where the calçotada is cooked and grilled meats are also made.
