Calucha, in the port of Maó, is one of the temples of good Menorcan cuisine, where we can have a snack, eat and during the tourist season dine, and let ourselves be seduced by the dishes prepared there in Biel Sintes “Calucha” which recovers cooking recipes Menorcan or offers us his mother’s family cuisine, such as the potato omelette recipe.
