Calucha's grilled mussels

Going to Calucha, in the port of Mahón, is always a pleasure for the gastronomic senses.

On our last visit we were recommended, as always, by Biel Sintes, who offered us the grilled mussels, which he serves masterfully and which have become one of his signature dishes.
