Clams a la marinera, L'Ancora Restaurant in Cala en Blanes

The L’Ancora restaurant has belonged to the Galán family since 1966, who came  from Andalusia to Ciutadella, and which is a benchmark in Cala en Blanes for its generous cuisine and good prices. “We are from the town and olive growers.”

We went to try his kitchen and we were very surprised.

Among the dishes we tried, their clams a la marinera. Generous portion, very tasty sauce and the clams are just right.
