Es Racó des Palau is known for its grilled organic beef from Menorca, its Menorcan dishes and its baked cod gratin with fig jam alli i oli, which in Menorca we call "figat".

A strong dish where the salty and sweet are mixed, which may remind us of Catalan cod dishes with quince aioli, but with the special and unique taste of the "figat" from Menorca.
