One of the temples of cod cuisine in Menorca is the Smoix restaurant, where Miquel Sanchez knows all his secrets to prepare subliminal dishes like this cod with artichokes, which we tried a few years ago and which is still very present in our gastronomic memory.

They have told us that 2024 will be a year of changes in Smoix, we will be attentive.
