Cod with peppers at Bar Bananas

Bar Bananas is one of the great temples of Menorcan tapas and a place of worship for lovers of good, no-frills food.

Tapas, sandwiches, coffee, liqueurs..., it also prepares paellas, lobster casseroles and Menorcan specialties such as baked suckling pig to order and to take away.

One of its specialties is the tapa or dish, if you will, of cod with peppers, which is wonderful. The cod in its saltiness, the roasted peppers with its confit garlic and, we recommend that you order bread to soak it up.
