Cod with red peppers from Es Garbell

Es Garbell participates in the gastronomic conference "El banquet oblidat" with its squid stuffed with sweet potato, pork loin with chantarelle and mushrooms sauce, baked lamb and cod with roasted red peppers.

It was the cod dish that we tasted today at lunchtime, and we highlight its correct salt level, as well as the cooking of both the cod and the peppers.
