DO BINISSALEM, FOR WINE LOVERS

DO Binissalem is participating in a Wine Tasting and Session Series that will take place on Fridays, from October 21 to December 2, from 6 to 8 pm at CAN TÀPERA, Palma.

CONTENT OF THE SESSIONS
The series' main objective is to show the uniqueness of DO Binissalem wines to wine lovers, through its main local varieties, Moll and Manto negro, which express all their character in the soil and climate conditions of the protected area. In addition, all the actions that are being carried out in terms of sustainability in the vineyard and winery will be detailed and, also, regenerative agriculture practices will be discussed, how wine tasting is carried out professionally in the DO and, in the last session, a comparative tasting between the Manto Negro variety and the French Burgundy variety, Pinot noir, is proposed.

A complete and diverse cycle, aimed at people who are starting out in tasting and also at those wine lovers who already have experience.

An opportunity to immerse yourself in the aromas and essences of the DO Binissalem, learn about its wines, their peculiarities and some of its producers.
