Pinzell is one of the temples of the new Menorcan cuisine in Ciutadella, where the duo between the owner and chef Víctor Torrent and the cook Joan Salord Roca works perfectly and they offered us signature dishes like this timbal timbal d' duck with tomato jam and goat cheese that risks with the predominant taste of the cheese and the delicate meat of the duck, and the point of acidity provided by the tomato results in a well-presented dish, attractive to the sight and which unfolds in our mouths a very peculiar and at the same time attractive explosion of flavors.
