El Cafè Balear, one of the temples of seafood cuisine in Menorca, has renewed its Sol del Guia Repsol for another year, and it has been 10 years since it was chosen by the prestigious Spanish gastronomic guide.
El Cafè Balear is a benchmark in the world of Menorcan restaurants, for its good cuisine, quality products and also for the evolution of its menu.
Last year, chef Sergi Villalonga, from Cafè Balear, was elected chef of the year by the Association of Journalists and Gastronomic Writers of the Balearic Islands.
