After visiting 8 farms, the French cheese refiner is clear that the identity and its artisan tradition are one of the added values of Maó Menorca cheese. He says that he has found in Menorca what France has lost between large productions and an increasing trend towards industrialization of the sector.

His interventions – which include the tasting of different French cheeses – are the highlights of the program of the second edition of the Cheese Fair, which is being held this weekend in Maó. An event that, after a very good start, seeks to consolidate itself this year.
