The family gourmet croquette bakery, Croquetasricas.com,, wants to inform about World Frying Day, an occasion to appreciate the diversity of delicious dishes that are cooked through this culinary technique. In Spain, frying is not only a tradition, but also a fundamental part of its rich gastronomic heritage.

A study carried out by the CSIC Fat Institute concluded that frying food with oil can improve the quality of food.

Specifically, after analyzing the impacts of various oils, the Fat Institute validated that the technique of frying foods increases the presence of compounds of nutritional relevance due to its hypotensive, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory effects and its ability to inhibit the absorption of cholesterol. .
According to the data to which we have had access, 83% of Spaniards affirm that they have eaten some fried product in the last week. These are normally products that are usually consumed between 2-3 times a week as seen.
