Fried San Pedro rooster with garlic and white Ciutadella shrimp at Mr. Jaume

The Mr. Jaume restaurant, in the Cala en Bosch marina, is a benchmark for lovers of good food and especially for those who like fish and seafood.

On our last visit, Jaume, son, recommended the fish of the day, which was a San Pedro rooster, which was served fried with garlic, white Ciutadella shrimp, also fried, baked potatoes, baked tomatoes and Padrón peppers.

We accompanied it with a Menorcan wine, Muscat de Son Cremat, which gave the necessary touch of freshness to a good summer night dinner.
