Grilled suckling lamb chops at Grill Es Caliu

Grill Es Caliu, on the road from Ciutadella to Cap d'Artrutx, is a benchmark for grilled meats on the island of Menorca and, which has been active for almost 50 years, always highlighting the good quality of the meats made on the oak and ullaster grill and the impeccable service at the table.

On our last visit, we were advised by the waiter who recommended the suckling lamb chops from Menorca, which were tender and spectacular, perfectly cooked and presented on the plate.
