Pinzell Restaurant in Plaça des Pins, in Ciutadella, has reopened its doors with new gastronomic proposals from its chef, Joan Salord Roca, who on the other hand maintains the classics of old.
Pinzell is constantly evolving towards signature minimalist cuisine adapted to the new Menorcan cuisine, and presents dishes that demonstrate the evolution and technique of its head chef.
Avant-garde cuisine, well prepared and well served in the dining room, where its wine list is also worth highlighting, with good references both from the island and also national and international.
On our last visit we tried one of the menu proposals where they served us grilled turbot, made with charcoal a la Josper, which was really good.
