Habla de ti... Rosé

Habla de ti... Rosé

Thanks to Vinum Menorca this week we recommend a vegan rosé wine from the Habla Vinos wineries. It's about Habla de ti... Rosé. It is a wine that belongs to the IPG Extremadura with a production of 600,000 bottles. The blend is Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache. We are faced with a very fruity and floral wine, silky, fresh and very pleasant to drink.

Tasting note

View: Subtle pink, salmon or onion skin tone.

Nose: Exuberant and fresh expression, with hints of red fruits such as currant, along with fragrances of lavender and delicate floral nuances. Light touches of poppies and violets.

Palate: Silky and wide-ranging entry, marking a fruity tension that gives it prolonged freshness and liveliness and that invites us to another drink.

Pairing

Very gastronomic wine and perfect for hot days. Pairs perfectly with seafood rice, seafood, white and blue fish, smoked meats and cheeses, as well as salted dishes with nuts.

It will go very well to accompany starters or appetizers such as anchovies with dried fruits, pickled anchovies on potato chips, to accompany some gildas or some Lodosa peppers with tuna belly in olive oil.

It pairs with cheeses such as Cala Blau or the semi-cured and old cheeses of the DO Maó Menorca, as it can accompany a sobrasada with honey, meat and chop or fried Menorcan ham.

Grilled scallop, with saffron or baked au gratin with breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley, red tuna carpaccio, red tuna tataki, smoked salmon, salmon tartar or a Japo-taco.

Seafood rice both in the paella and the brothy or creamy ones in a clay pot, in addition to the sea and mountain ones such as rabbit or chicken with red prawns from Ciutadella, in addition to the seafood paellas, the chicken ones with cuttlefish and prawns or the Soupy rice with lobster or red lobster from Menorca.
