The Asador Molí des Comte will reopen its doors on February 14, after its winter break, and it does so by introducing its new chef, Héctor Cabello Lerma, from the Basque Culinary Center, in San Sebastián, where he is part of the group of teachers in the area of ??masters and courses, and has been leading the Master of Improvement in Cooking.
With extensive experience and knowledge in gastronomy, Héctor joins the team at the Molí des Comte Asador Restaurant to offer an exceptional culinary experience and demonstrate his talent in each of his dishes.
