The Menorcan chef José María Borrás addresses Generation Z one-on-one in a new IB3 Digital format that premieres this Saturday on IB3 networks. 30 chapters in the form of 30 recipes from Menorca to the world.

In the last two months, Borràs has taken his two passions to a new stage: cooking and content creation, combining the filming of the IB3 series, which you can follow on IB3’s Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with the Young Chef Academy tests, which have crowned him Best Young Chef in Spain and Portugal and now, at 25 years old, he aspires to the title of Best Young Chef in the world.
