La Pascana's snails with crab

La Pascana restaurant, in Lago de Cala en Bosch, is one of the few, perhaps the only, open in this area during the winter months, offering a daily menu, a menu with interesting proposals and also grilled meats and fish.

Our recommendation is to order their snails with crab, which are usually off the menu, and which are some of the best cooked on the island.
