One of the specialties off the menu and which is usually present on the recommendation board of the Es Garbell restaurant is the lemonfish carpaccio, which is masterfully prepared by Jaume Pons and is one of the signature dishes of the house.
It is not on the menu because this dish is prepared during the lemonfish season and must be freshly caught.
