Lobster with fried eggs and potatoes

The restaurant Mr. Bep's celebrated its 25th anniversary last year with new off-the-menu dishes such as Menorca red lobster with fried eggs and potatoes, which our good friend Toni Ocaña recommended to us.

Go to Mr. Bep's is to let yourself be seduced by the proposals that Paco Domínguez presents to us in the garden and masterfully prepared in the kitchen by his wife Laura García, a couple with a long history in the world of hotels in Menorca.

Paco served us, for two, a large tray of fried potatoes, scrambled eggs and half a lobster per person, which has become one of the star dishes of lobster cuisine in Menorca for a few years now.
