Making cannelloni at home, almost 30% more expensive than last year

The rise in the CPI and the shopping basket is affecting us all and also these holidays when many ingredients have gone up and up a lot, especially fish and seafood, meat and everything that has to do with the Christmas holidays.

According to sources from the INE, this year making cannelloni at home has cost us almost 30% more expensive than last year, the fact that, for example, cannelloni pasta has gone up by 22.6% compared to 2023, as has milk, beef by 26.3% and gratin cheese by 28.8.
