These cold days we crave those dishes that we call spoon dishes, and one of them are Mallorcan soups, easy to make and in Menorca we can find sliced brown bread to make this dish in Eroski supermarkets, as well as, In case we don’t even want to put them, sobrasada and Mallorcan botifarrons (black pudding).
