Menorca, another year without a Michelin star

Nor did Menorca obtain any Michelin stars at the gala held today where the new stars were announced, as well as the restaurants that increase them and those that maintain them.

As for the Balearic Islands, there have been four restaurants that have obtained their first star, two in Mallorca and two in Ibiza.

The Mallorcan Andreu Genestra, for his restaurant in Lluchmajor and the Restaurant Sa Clastra, in Es Capdeià, have achieved their first star, while the Ibizan Omakase by Walt d’Eivissa and Unic de Sant Josep de Sa Talai have done the same.
