Menorca hosts the 6th edition of the Partridge Gastronomic Days

The Menorcan Association of Cafeterias, Bars and Restaurants is pleased to announce the 6th edition of the Partridge Gastronomic Days, an event that combines tradition, gastronomy and Menorcan culture, and which will be held on February 8 and 9, 2025.

In parallel to the XXXVIII Partridge Fair, which will take place at the Es Mercadal fairgrounds, these days offer a unique opportunity to enjoy dishes made with partridge, an emblematic ingredient of local gastronomy. During this weekend, various restaurants on the island will present a special selection of tapas, dishes and complete menus on their menus that include this star product, adapting each proposal to the style and creativity of each establishment.

Gastronomy and tradition in low season

These events not only promote local gastronomy, but also support the tourist and cultural revitalization of Menorca in low season, highlighting the importance of traditions such as partridge hunting on the island.

These events are included in the annual gastronomic calendar that the Association organizes in collaboration with the Fundació Foment de Turisme de Menorca.
