Oysters with gin and lemonade slush at Mon Restaurant and Fonda

Mon is one of the best restaurants in Menorca. In fact, its owner, chef Felip Llufriu, worked for more than 10 years with the Roca Brothers, who entrusted him with the management of Roca Moo in Barcelona, ??where Llufriu displayed a Michelin star over the years.

That is why the cooking learned in the best restaurant in the world is the basis of the new Menorcan cuisine at Mon Restaurant.

On our last visit, a few days ago, we tried, among other dishes, their oysters with gin and lemonade slush and citrus textures, which is an explosion of flavours in the mouth, full of gastronomic rock and roll and capable of seducing those who are not lovers of the queens of shellfish.
