Pilar Tanu and Joan Caballo win over the public with their Christmas menu in Plaça de s’Algaret de Fornells

The show cooking, organized jointly with the Menorca Insular Council, took place this Christmas in Fornells where the two cooks prepared cod fritters and pasta filled with hake with prawns, dishes that the public was then able to taste.

The next showcooking will take place on Saturday, December 30, in Plaça Pare Camps des Mercadal.
