Pinzell opens its doors

The Pinzell restaurant, in Ciutadella, opens its doors again tomorrow, after its holidays.

New à la carte dishes with new proposals from chef Joan Salord Roca, in addition to its interesting daily menus and tasting menu.

Remember that its director, Víctor Torrent, was elected best head chef in Menorca by the Association of Journalists and Gastronomic Writers of the Balearic Islands.
