Pork loin with chanterelle sauce at the Es Garbell Restaurant

The Es Garbell restaurant continues to focus on traditional Menorcan recipes of historic cuisine and this November it presents us with a very typical autumn dish, pork loin with chanterelle sauce.

This dish will also be available throughout the month of December, while the mushrooms are ready for its preparation.
