Prohens attends the opening of the HORECA Balears fair

The President of the Government of the Balearic Islands, Margalida Prohens, attended the inauguration of HORECA Balears, which is celebrating its seventh edition this year. Prohens was accompanied by the Ministers of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Jaume Bauzà; of Education and Universities, Antoni Vera, and of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Natural Environment, Joan Simonet. Other authorities were also present, such as the president of the Mallorca Island Council, Llorenç Galmés, or the mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez.

During the inauguration ceremony, the President of the Government addressed a few words to the attendees, and the president of the Mallorca Island Council and the mayor of Palma also spoke, as well as the commercial director of HORECA, José Luis Córcoles; the gastronomic advisor and president of the ASCAIB Foundation, Koldo Royo, and the president of the Cleaning, Food and Beverage Distributors Association, Bartolomé Servera.

After the interventions, there was a tour of the HORECA fair.
