Raima's truffle and smoked paprika sobrasada

The Raima butcher shop has launched two new varieties of sobrasada from Menorca.

One is made with truffle crumbs, which makes it aromatic and has a powerful flavour, which will not leave truffle lovers indifferent.

On the other hand, it has made a smoked sobrasada, made with smoked paprika, which gives it a lot of perfume and a special touch, at the same time different from the sobrasada we are used to trying.
