Rice with lobster from Rias Baixas, in Ferreries

The Mesón Rías Baixas is a reference for good food in Ferreries and throughout Menorca, where Toni Sansaloni fuses the best Galician cuisine with Menorcan cuisine, betting on the best products from the island and also those that come from Galicia, and the cooking is wonderful there, in fact although Toni is from Menorca they call him the “Galician” of Ferreries.

We have been there a few times because it is always a guarantee of good food and excellent value for money.

If you like rice, they cook their Galician lobster paella in an extraordinary way. The rice is tasty and just right, fresh lobster and if we accompany it with a good white wine from Menorca, we chose the Muscat from Son Cremat, we will have an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
