Santa restaurant, in the Santa Catalina neighborhood of Palma, is one of the must-visit temples for those who want to try new gastronomic experiences such as those proposed by Bernabé Caravotta, who also owns and directs the "Vandal" kitchens, in the Plaza del Progrés.
On our visit we opted for their roasted wild sea bass, with miso sauce and confit garlic, mix vegetables and fresh herbs that brings us closer to this new Mallorcan cuisine, of cosmopolitan fusion, and which is reserved for the most exquisite palates.
A place with a retro and at the same time rococo atmosphere, with soft lights and art deco furniture, where in addition to good food and good drinks, it also offers us an attractive cocktail menu, for before, during and after dinner.
Other attractive proposals for fish lovers, their grilled marinated octopus, served with herb puree, Mallorcan potato, pickled cucumber and squid all i oli, or opt for their rare red tuna accompanied by tagliatelle sautéed with coconut , soy sauce and pine nuts.
