INGREDIENTS:
1 suckling pig of 8 kilo
4 lemons
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon food coloring
750 g olive oil
1 head of garlic
4 bay leaves
1 large glass of water
PREPARATION:
Squeeze 4 lemons, and place them in a bowl with 2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 tablespoon food coloring, 3/4 of oil and stir.
Spread the suckling pig well on the tray. We will put some garlic and bay leaves.
Bake for 3 to 4 hours at 140 degrees, keeping an eye on the oven.
We will put a little water in the tray for cooking.
