S'Amarador's seafood fideuà

The S'Amarador restaurant in the port of Ciutadella is one of the benchmarks for seafood cuisine in the Balearic Islands, where in addition to its impressive views, its seafood specialties stand out, where the first-quality product is the protagonist.

The kitchen is run by José Luis Ruesca, one of the great masters of Menorcan cuisine, specializing in fish and seafood casseroles, in addition to rice dishes and fideuàs (noodle paella), including seafood.

All the lobster and most of the fish they offer have been caught in Menorca following traditional fishing arts and techniques. Thanks to the Ciutadella boats “Sa llagostera”, “Los Angeles”, “Dorita”, “Ángel i Andrés”, “Ibis III” and “Vicenta”, every day they can offer fish, seafood and of course, their main specialty: the Menorcan lobster, which they keep in their hatcheries to offer a really fresh product.

Attentive service, good wine list and an attractive lunch menu.
