Today at noon, one of the 9 showcookings in which young Menorcan chefs who want to compete for the European Young Chef Award 2025 participated was held in Ferreries, in which the young chef Tomeu Marquès participated, accompanied by Ferreries chef David de Coca.
Marquès, under the tutelage of David de Coca, prepared a rabbit with onions, a street food version, where he made a caramelized onion sauce with a ketchup texture and served the boneless rabbit in a brioche.
