The Smoix restaurant has renewed its Sun of the Repsol Guide for another year, and like the Cafè Balear it has been among the best restaurants in the Spanish gastronomic guide for a decade.
Smoix, which moved to the Hotel Rural Sant Ignasi last year, offers honest and cosmopolitan cuisine from the hands of its head chef and owner Miquel Sánchez with his wife Vianey in the dining room.
Smoix also stands out for being one of the main temples of the new Menorcan cuisine and its commitment, since always, to local produce.
