This Saturday at the Mercat des Claustre in Maó, a solidarity paella will be cooked to raise funds for those affected by the Dana in Valencia.
There will be the participation of Mi caldo, the chefs Luis Loza and Víctor Bayo, as well as the bar restaurant Binidalí, the restaurant Pan y Vino and the vendors of the Mercat des Claustre who will provide the necessary material. The meat from the butchers Calucha, Ca'n Llorenç and Rafael Camps, the vegetables from Caimaris and Fruits Andreu along with other suppliers from Menorca with Exclusivas Pons, Comercial Florit, Es Molí de Foc, Sa Llotja, S'Algar Catering, Rustit House, Cómete Menorca, Didasko Menorca, Menorca Neta and Lejías Olives
All proceeds will go to the NGO World Central Kitchen @wckitchen of chef José Andrés who is already working in the affected area
Tickets available at the market stalls at a cost of 6 euros.
The solidarity paella will start being served at 1:00 p.m., but from 11:30 there will also be swing with Talaiòtics Swing Menorca and then we will be entertained at noon by Javilondfj and Es Claustre
