This Wednesday morning, the kitchens of the Balearic Islands Hotel School were the scene of the TaPalma Solidario action, organised by TaPalma Mallorca-2024 with the sponsorship of CaixaBank and the La Caixa Foundation.
This action consisted of the preparation of two hundred servings of vegetable stew for the Zaqueo social dinningroom, cooked by representatives of Balearic society, such as journalists, businessmen, chefs, employer representatives, associations, etc.
The solidarity event was attended by Antoni Martorell, general director of AgenciaCom; Alfonso Robledo, president of FERIB; Mari Cruz Rivera, Territorial Director of Caixabank in the Balearic Islands; Cata Cunill, head of Zaqueo; Maria Llompart, director of the Hotel School of the Balearic Islands, and Antònia Mª Torres, technical director of the IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca, among other sponsors and collaborators of the event.
It is worth noting that this new edition, which will bring together the best chefs and bartenders on the island, will hold the tapas and cocktail competition on November 25 at the Palau de Congressos in Palma, while the route will take place from November 27 to December 1.
