The almond cake from the Nasi Pons pastry shop

The artisan pastry shop Nasi Pons is recognized for its sweets and cakes and, especially, for its almond cake (tortada), which they prepare in the most traditional way and which, in addition to the pastry shop itself, are also a few restaurants that they have dessert, as is the case with Es Garbell.

Tortada (Menorcan almond cake) made the old-fashioned way, where you notice the chopped almonds, with their sweetness and moisture, and covered with a layer of burnt egg jam.
