The baked lamb of the Restaurant Es Garbell

These months the Consell de Menorca is promoting the consumption of Menorcan lamb, and one of the restaurants that cooks it best is Es Garbell, in the Urbanización de Sa Caleta, in Ciutadella.

They serve the Menorcan leg or shoulder of lamb baked and covered with almost caramelized onions, along with home-made chips.
