We went to try the menu at the Petit restaurant, which is located in the gardens of the Hotel Petit Sagitario, in Santandria.

A menu of cosmopolitan cuisine but where local produce from the Triay Amorós family farms is the star, such as the boneless suckling pig ingot from Biniatzem served on new potatoes from S'Aranjassa is a pleasure for all six gastronomic senses.

A great little restaurant to discover, especially at night, and to share dishes in good company.
