The burratta pizza at Es Replec

The Es Replec restaurant in Los Delfines is known for its good meats grilled over wild olive wood, but also for its pizzas, which have more than deserved fame.

With thin, crispy dough, generous ingredients and well made, like this pizza with burratta cheese, serrano ham and sherry tomatoes that we tried these days at home, because although they do not provide home delivery, they do make them to take home.

We also tried their vegetable pizza, which is a great success for those who do not like meat or sausages.
